Terms and Conditions of OEM
1 Buyer offer the idea of products design or the products as sample;
2 Seller calculated the cost,make quotation according to the products;
3 MOQ is 20ft container/item, Sanitary napkin about 400,000pcs,Baby diaper about 150,000pcs,Baby nappy pad about 200,000pcs,Adult diaper about 100,000pcs;
4 Seller making samples,confirmed by Buyer when finished;
5 Confirm the details of packages;
6 Confirm the details of the order, Buyer offer the certificate of the trake mark,and sign the Authorized Letter to Seller;
7 Buyer pay 50% of total amount as deposit for purshing materiales and packages;
8 Follow up the quality controll during whole produce process,make sure offer the quality products to Buyer;
9 Advise the delivery date,Buyer pay the balance,then arrange loading container.
